Just wanted to comment on the great service I recieve from Roberto and others in the service dept. When I call they search for me on the computer quickly and I dont have to repeat my name and car type. They provide excellent service and are straight forward. Jim Primerano |

| The service personnel at Day Apollo are head and shoulders above the service staff at the other Subaru dealership I've dealt with (Bowser). The staff at Day Apollo have made this service experience (it is warranty covered work) as painless as possible. They've listened to me unlike the dismissive treatment I was given at Bowser. I wish to take a moment of your time to commend the Day Apollo Subaru dealership and the service staff there to your attention, specifically, Assistant Service Manager, Roberto Campagna and Service Technician Eric Wilhelm. My 2008 Subaru Impreza WRX has been in for service on multiple occasions for recall work (the Turbo Oil supply pipe recall) and other warranty issues to include a hi-beam headlight malfunction. On all occasions, I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism that I have seen at ANY dealership that I have dealt with anywhere. Roberto and Eric have gone above and beyond the course of normal service, by both informing me of potential issues with the car and in researching additional accessories and parts which will help me to enjoy my car for years to come. Roberto is always pleasant and effiicient, scheduling me at times most convenient to my odd hours. I am a Police Officer and work night shift, so the hours I am able to get my car in for service tend to vary and be at odd times. Roberto is always able to accomodate me in this, from scheduling to courtesy transportation; he has always been most helpful. Eric has always taken the time out of his schedule to visit with me to explain the technicalities of the repairs that he has done, ensuring that I understand what has been done and what is necessary. He is one of the most knowledgeable people that I have spoken with in regards to my vehicle's engine and maintenance requirements. I want to recommend that both Eric and Roberto be highly commended for a job well done. As long as I am a Subaru customer and both of these gentlemen continue to work for this Subaru dealership, I will continue to frequent the Day Automotive Group. Dear Mr. Eggert, I brought my Forester in for 30,000 mile service last week and when I picked it up I was notified that there had been a bad wheel bearing and it was replaced under warranty. I had noticed a noise and meant to check to see what I had in the back that was making noise, but I never got around to it. The noise is no longer there, so that must have been the wheel bearing that needed to be replaced. I'm so grateful for Russ Geisler catching that defect because I'm taking a trip this week and I believe he saved me from having a problem on the road. Also, he didn't replace the cabin air filter because it was clean. What integrity! The experience that I have had with the service department at other dealerships (not Subaru) has not been good, so I won't buy a vehicle at those dealerships. I am so pleased with the integrity of Mr. Geisler and Day Apollo and will purchase all future vehicles at your dealership. I appreciate knowing that I can have peace of mind regarding the service of my vehicle. Sincerely, |

| Walter I brought my 2008 Subaru Outback in today at the Company's request (not called a recall, not sure what it was). I would like to commend Missy John. She made me feel like I was her only customer for the day. She arranged for John, the van driver, to take me to/from work. I really appreciate the customer service they provided.
