Walter, Kate was very helpful and patient during the process. I was most impressed with her honesty when she told me that she had only been working with Subaru for a few months and was still learning the ins and outs of the cars, being that she was with GM most of her career. That is a quality that car salesman don’t usually get credit for, honesty that is. I will be referring business your way, and plan on considering you guys in the future for my car purchases. The only thing I had a question on was my registration and the recall that was open on the vehicle, I have already scheduled the vehicle to come in for the service as I write you this email. | Hi. Thank you for making the process quick and not wasting my time. As soon as I feel that sales people are wasting my time or giving me red tape, I go elsewhere. So thank you for not doing that. I also wanted to know if someone could look in my trade in vehicle's CD player. I believe I left a CD inside when I cleaned out my vehicle. I will be back in about a week or two to do a few things, so I would be able to pick it up at that time- if it is not too much trouble. I will also bring the spare key to my Hyundai. Thank you. Ian |

| Salesperson, Matthew Tate, was fantastic... the night the sale was finalized, he wasn't sure that he could get all of the purchased accessories installed by the next day (because of the availability of the items at Day Apollo), but when I arrived the next afternoon to pick up the car, everything was installed (he, or another Day Apollo employee, had driven to another dealership to pick up one of the accessories.)... and the car looked great!

Walt and Bob were great. They made a very difficult and frustrating experience enjoyable. I lost my car to an engine fire and was completely unprepared to look for a car. I wanted something very specific which I found at Day and just wanted to buy it without any hassel or delay. Walter helped expidite the process by assisting me over the phone and online. Dear Subaru, I am writing this letter to tell you how happy I am with the purchase of my 2010 Forester. I have been a GM guy my entire life. My wife and I owned a 1999 Saturn, and I currently own a 2006 Chevy Malibu that has 200,000 miles on it and going strong."Which buy the way when it goes I'll be buying a outback!" When my wifes car decided to make its final stand in December we had to go car hunting. This is never a task that is looked forward to. We packed it up and hit the dealers looking at the mid-sized Suv's, The equinox the escape and the terrain. All of which were very nice cars but lacked that certain factor. I had caught wind of the Forester from my wifes previous employer"Who buy the way is a Chevy dealer." We went and looked at the Forester and fell in love. This car even in its infint stage in our family has been nothing short of awesome! Which brings me to the reason for writing you. We bought our Fozz from Day Apollo Subaru in Moon Twp, Pennsylvania. Jim Kushon is one of the best salesman I have ever delt with. He was very knowledgable and straight forward with us. Actually everthing Jim told us this car would do it does and then some. Jims approach to selling cars is very laidback with no pressure, gimmicks or tricks. It is very refreshing to find someone in this day and age that stands by his word and Jim does that.
